About TLC Estimating LLC
TLC Estimating LLC is a small, woman-owned commercial construction estimating and preconstruction services firm supporting general contractors and trade contractors nationwide.
We provide flexible estimating support across all phases of preconstruction, including conceptual and milestone estimates, quantity takeoffs, bid estimates, value engineering support, bid solicitation, scope review, bid leveling, and construction-phase pricing support.
Our role is to integrate with our clients’ preconstruction teams, helping them manage workload, improve estimate accuracy, identify scope gaps, and make informed decisions throughout the life of a project. TLC Estimating is committed to clear communication, reliable deliverables, and long-term client relationships built on trust, consistency, and practical construction knowledge.

We’re a small team by design, which allows us to stay flexible, responsive, and closely connected to our clients. Whether we’re helping with takeoffs, estimates, scope review, bid leveling, or construction-phase pricing support, our goal is the same: to be a trusted extension of the preconstruction team.
Tina Curry-Logan
Owner
Tina graduated with a degree in civil engineering from Columbia University and has over fifteen years of experience in commercial construction estimating. Tina enjoys yoga, embroidery, and playing with her two young sons. She currently lives with her wife, her mom, and her sons on a small farm in southeastern PA.
Naphtalie Gbolahan
Lead Estimator
Naphtalie is a civil engineering graduate from Georgia Tech with over two decades of experience in the construction industry. She brings precision, integrity, and creativity to every project she touches. Outside of work, she enjoys basketball, sunshine, traveling, and spending time with her family and dog.
Tom Deir
Senior Estimator
Tom is a seasoned construction professional who received his Civil Engineering diploma from St. Lawrence College. He has led construction operations, estimating, purchasing, and preconstruction efforts across many project sectors in North America. Known for clear communication and strong collaboration, Tom delivers dependable results. Outside of work, he enjoys hockey, skiing, and coaching baseball.
Max Wyman
Lead Estimator
Max graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering from Colorado State University (Go Rams!) and has nine years of commercial estimating experience across the West Coast, Mountain West, and South. He currently resides in Denver with his wife and golden retriever, where they eat as many green chiles as they can.
Scott Curry
Lead Estimator
Scott landed in the construction industry after spending nearly 15 years in healthcare as a specialty pharmacy technician. There he developed a variety of intangible skills, such as operational efficiency and risk mitigation. While still relatively green, with just over 2 years of experience in estimating and pre-con, his passion and enthusiasm has laid the ground work for his success within our team. Outside of work, he spends most of his free time studying chess openings and middle game tactics, much to the dismay of his lovely bride-to-be.
Allison Knupp
Estimator
Allison has a master's degree in aerospace engineering and has been working in construction estimating for one year. She enjoys hiking, crocheting, and teaching her two dogs new tricks. She lives with her partner and their dogs in Seattle, WA.
