TLC Estimating LLC is a small, woman-owned commercial construction estimating and preconstruction services firm supporting general contractors and trade contractors nationwide.
We provide flexible estimating support across all phases of preconstruction, including conceptual and milestone estimates, quantity takeoffs, bid estimates, value engineering support, bid solicitation, scope review, bid leveling, and construction-phase pricing support.
Our role is to integrate with our clients’ preconstruction teams, helping them manage workload, improve estimate accuracy, identify scope gaps, and make informed decisions throughout the life of a project.
